What are Playlists and Events and when should I use them?
Events are the recommended way to create a list of songs because they provide the full functionality of SamePage. Events consists of a time, location, list of needed positions, and a list of songs. Events can be either one time or recurring. Events allow you to schedule people/members for positions.
Playlists are just a list of songs, items and or headers and does occur at a set time or consist of any scheduling data. Playlists can be added to a an event. You can also take the songs from an event and create a separate playlist.
